Love these glasses. Would rather they were manufactured in UK. Only reason it's not 5 stars.

Jenny from the Customer Service team was courteous, efficient and proved reliable in refunding the cost of goods inc delivery charge. The goods in question were lamentably poor. I’ve used several quality brands of cycling sunglasses with fitted reader lens over the past three or four decades. In terms of quality these were not remotely similar, They were flimsy/ not of the durability required.

Love these colours and shapes of glasses. Recently had an issue with 3 faulty pairs and I was given a refund within 24 hours.

I received my glasses today, having placed order on 17/11/24. My prescription from 11/11/24 was disputed and not followed as they said theirs would be better. Unfortunately, after trying several times, I found that I could not use the glasses as they made the print look blurred. After being promptly contacted by Eyekeeper, I was offered a full refund. The stars awarded are for excellent customer service.

I love the frame design and the varifocal lens quality is really good. I’m very happy with them as, at €90 they also cost a tenth of the cost of similar at specsavers (tho the frame quality would have been much better). The frame is very light and the arms are a bit sharp on the ears but have ordered arm sleeves and I’ll need to mind them. They also took almost a month to arrive but taking all these factors into consideration I’m still happy with them. Note added a month later: Both arms broke off! Forget it.

Hatte Problem mit 2 Brillen .....Das Problem wurde zu meiner größten Zufriedenheit gelöst, toller schneller Service ! Werde gelegentlich bei Eyekeeper nach anderen BrillenTypen Ausschau halten .....Dies vorallem weil die ganze Angelegenheit schnell abgewickelt wurde und ich begeistert bin über den schnellen Service, danke :-) 4 Sterne weil ich vom Brillentyp absolut nicht überzeugt war, aber gibt bestimmt noch andere :-)

Great glasses. Well made! Love the transition lenses.
