I can not say enough about this company and their fine customer service…I had a slight problem with two pair of my glasses; the temple was too loose and I had to constantly readjust my glasses. After notifying the company of this issue, they immediately resent me replacements for my two pair that feel wonderful and fit perfectly. I would not hesitate ordering from this company; in fact, I am about to again. The selection of glasses is the best of all on line. They are interesting shapes and colors and are far from being boring. Thank you again for your response and with such speedy delivery. I can’t wait to place my next order. Excellent customer satisfaction focus. Sometimes things don't go as planned, but the team at Eyekeeper proactively follows up. My shipment was delayed, and since I'm used to long delivery times when waiting for stuff produced outside of Europe, I didn't pay much attention. The team at Eyekeeper thought otherwise and sent me an e-mail to excuse the apparently lost package, asking me if I wanted a refund or a resend. I went for the latter. Turns out I get both shipments in the end... I offered to return the second set of sunglasses, but Eyekeeper offered me to keep them.

I had purchased some glasses and unfortunately they were damaged in transit. But they were replaced without any hesitation so thank you very much for that. As for the glasses they are well made, look nice and I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent customer service.

Have ordered 3 sets of glasses, did keep one set. Wanted to send the two back, but guys offered to leave them to myself and fully refunded me for the two sets. At the end I gave the glasses away to my ukrainian friends (refugees) and was asked to thank the eyekeepers)) My emails were answered promptly throughout the process, five stars to customer service. Glasses itself good quality for the price, so overall good experience, thanks))

These glasses are amazing for the price. I bought a 3 pack for £13 +postage. I've just bought another for a friend. They took a while to come but I expected that from their communication. I stopped getting expensive ones after the dog chewed 2 prescription pairs so these are ideal. Great company and no problems.
