I HAD DAMAGED GLASSES ON ARRIVAL AND EYEKEEPER PROMPTLY REFUNDED THEM EVEN THOUGH I HAD NOT PHOTOGRAPHED THEM OR KEPT THEM. THE 2 OTHER GLASSES IN THE PACK ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND SMALL ENOUGH TO CARRY ANYWHERE. I HAD GREAT SUPPORT FROM WINNIE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought two pairs of the reading glasses. The arms are very tight to move and a piece had dropped out in one of the pairs. Customer service was very helpful though and issued me a refund.

Update- customer service has been great. I had an issue and they promptly resolved it.

Sunglasses bifocal weren't quite right. Eyekeepers contacted me following my review and kindly offered me a 50% discount and suggested i gift the glasses. I accepted this offer and will continue to shop with eyekeepers

I was happy to receive a replacement pair of reading glasses for the pair that broke.

i have been a customer for a long time.I had some issues with a few pairs and they sent me a replacement ,i think their customer service is great.I get numerous compliments on the bright colors .
