EyekeeperReviews of eyekeeper.com

When ordering the Lens, the lens height of the lens was beyond the current available sizes. Mia from "Eyekeeper" was able to explain the required measurements of height, width, and bridge width of my spectacles. Unfortunately, as their product range was unsuitable, was happy to do a refund. With her assistance and the time resolved, I am grateful with the extra time taken.

They sent me the glasses that I expected as I had ordered incorrect ones

Mon problème de lunette cassées à l'arrivée a été résolu avec l'envoi de la même paire

this is a trustworthy reliable company, I had a problem with an order and they immediately replace the order,I would recommend them to anyone who wears glasses,

When I contacted the team to let them know I didn’t receive my order, they revealed to me that it had in fact been sent to my previous address( my mistake entirely). However they very kindly offered to either refund or replace my original order much to my surprise as I had considered it “ lost”. Full marks for great customer service.

Vielen, vielen Dank.

I like the glasses, they are stylish and comfortable and a very good price.
