So I contacted eye keeper about 2 pairs of my glasses that had broken in same place , they got back to me instantly and are sending out a replacement . Excellent customer service ! Also communication with customers. I always get asked where my glasses are from and recommend this company ! 10/10

Tuve un pequeño problema con las gafas, una pieza que se rompió en la patilla, y enseguida contactaron del servicio de atención al cliente de Eyekeeper para ofrecerme un reembolso o enviarme el producto de nuevo sin coste. Magnífica atención al cliente por su parte. En cuanto a las gafas, confirmo que salvo ese pequeño incidente, ofrecen una excelente relación calidad/precio. Las pedí para vista de cerca, con 1,5 de graduación, y son perfectas.

Nach qualitativen Problemen mit den Gläsern der ersten Brille hat sich der Service sofort eingeschaltet und mit sofort Ersatz geschickt. Die Brille sieht nach meinem Geschmack sehr gut aus und erfüllt jetzt meine Erwartungen. Schon wegen des engagierten Servicepersonals war es ein guter Kauf.

Great to wear when having a migraine. They help me when my eyes are too sensitive to see bright lights.
