Paid £33.99 for some bifocal sunglasses. Took ages to arrive from China. The quality is terrible - extremely cheap plastic lenses and frame with a magnifier bit glued on at the bottom of the lense. Feels like they dropped out of a Christmas cracker. Returns policy is too costly - you have to pay for original shipping and any further shipping back to their office in the US - so unfortunately they will have to go in the recycling bin with the rest of the plastic garbage

Horrible experience, they said the package was delivered, I checked my mailbox and with the leasing office, nothing was delivered, I asked for a resending or a refund and was told to contact the post office. This seems like a scam and I'm very unhappy with this company. I will be seeking other businesses from now on. Apparently customer service is a thing of the past.

Well, we received your glasses on a good schedule, but after wearing a pair for myself and my wife, the hinges broke out of the arm of the glasses, and it happened to every pair that you sent me so the quality of your product needs to be improved at the hinge point

Reading sunglasses ordered, what a waste of money! The focal part is tiny and in the bottom corner of the lenses, you would need to be squint to be able to use them. Waiting for 60% refund then will throw them away. Product is not fit for purpose, if I find time I will report to online UK trading. Avoid at all cost, buy from someone who ships locally and hence you can return.

Dear buyer, We are sorry that these glasses are not suitable for you. But dear, you may not know about bifocals. Our glasses are sold in compliance with regulations. Bifocals are usually used to see distance without taking off the glasses. If you move the strength part to the same position as the glasses, you will not be able to see clearly in the distance. The patch position of bifocal glasses on the market is located at the bottom of the lens. You can also check other brands of bifocal glasses. Kind regards, Eykeeper

they're a waste of time. I ordered, paid, I checked a few days later for my shipment, nothing, I had to contact them, they said they will ship between 5 days to 15 days, I waited to see what happened, nothing, I decided to cancel, I wonder if this is a scam, they maybe wait for you to forget what you ordered.
