I bought 6700 apex coin from them on Driffle store and on the site it said that transaction was succesful but I never get my item. I have been waiting for more than 12 hours already and I still haven't recieve any reply from them or the website. I'm very anxious since I have given them my apex account password.

Fatal. reclamé porque las condiciones del producto no eran las que compré- Cuando reclamé tardé mucho en contestar y sin interés para resolver mi queja. Funcionar el producto funciona pero el servicio de atención fue pésimo,

I bought 4,500 v-bucks, I gave them my information, and I’ve been stuck on the processing your order screen for now an hour, and haven’t received any updates about my order. I’m extremely upset and already anxious as it is with them having my information.

This website is a scam ordered 40 minutes ago still haven’t received my order I’m stuck on the “we’re processing your order” page
Response from PET CARE LINKERAug 10, 2026
Hi EJAY, I've checked your order and it was completed and delivered in full. Nothing was taken from you. The product you bought is a manual top-up, which means we add the balance directly to your account rather than sending a code. That's why you saw a processing page instead of an instant delivery. It usually completes within a few hours, and yours did. What we got wrong is that nobody told you that while you were waiting. Forty minutes with no update is what made this feel wrong, and that's fair criticism — we've made the delivery method much clearer on our product pages because of feedback like yours. If anything is still missing from your order, email [email protected] with your order number and I'll deal with it personally. Eyad — Eyad Store

Hi Rismana, We're sorry to hear about your experience, but we need to clarify that Eyad Store does not sell or conduct any business through WhatsApp. We only operate through our official website (eyadstore.gg) and authorized marketplaces. It appears you may have been contacted by someone impersonating our brand. This is unfortunately a common scam tactic, and we are in no way affiliated with whoever contacted you on WhatsApp. We strongly encourage you to: Report the WhatsApp number to local authorities Never share account details or payments through WhatsApp with anyone claiming to be us Our only official support channels are listed on our website. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out through our actual store. We have reported this review to Trustpilot as it does not reflect a genuine transaction with our business. — Eyad Store Team
