I ordered a light kit and all my parts for the golf cart we have for a customer but found out after we needed a harness. I ordered a harness and bought some extra stuff to get the free shipping which ships in 1-2 days. However, it is closing in on a week and was supposedly supposed to be delivered by end of day today Monday as the tracking number showed us but now we see it is going to be delivered by end of day Wednesday. I liked this site as a dealer because we get stuff pretty fast but I have a cart ready lined up for a customer and now I can’t get the one part in we need to finish the sale. I know to some people it might be a whatever deal but when you’re running a business the saying is true “time is money” and I’m losing a sale because of it

I bought 2 golf cart seats one the color was correct the other seats color is not the color I ordered and they do not want to make it right. They emailed me admitting they agreed the color was wrong but since they are just a middleman they will not make it correct.

⭐ 1-Star Review I purchased the Madjax Ultimate Light Kit from ExtremeKartz just three years ago. Recently, the plastic brake sensor broke, and when I reached out to ExtremeKartz, their only solution was for me to buy an entirely new Madjax light kit for $548. This is extremely disappointing. A minor component failure — something that should be easy and inexpensive to replace — should not require replacing the entire system. If Madjax products are built this way and ExtremeKartz stands behind that approach, it says a lot about the poor product design and lack of customer support. I would not recommend buying from ExtremeKartz if this is how they handle product issues. Poor quality, no reasonable replacement options, and zero accountability. Extremely dissatisfied.

I purchased a 600A Navitas controller, 2 guage wiring kit, and an HD solenoid as a package for my EZGO TXT 48v cart at a cost of over $1,200. The HD solenoid has 3/8th inch posts on it, but the wiring kit came with 5/16th inch terminals. A bit surprising that a set of products purchased together doesn't come with the right size holes. The install video on their 600A Navitas controller product page says that the controller comes with bracket for the run/tow switch, but this didn't come in the package. When I reached out to ExtremeKartz they told me they would look into the issue and update their product page. No offer to make things right. I called again and spoke to a different person and once again got told sorry and they'll update the wording. Here is the email text: "I heard back from our Navitas reps. The run/tow switch bracket is no longer being provided. Not sure why, no one seemed to know. Wish I was able to get you the part. We will be making wording of this on the product page. We apologize for this inconvenience. Let us know if you need anything else." Admitting the issue was there, but not making it right for the customer seems like poor customer service. Given the amount of after market parts sellers for golf carts out there I will not be buying from Extreme Kartz again. Update 9/6/2024: Jordan Hill reached out to me as he said he would and worked with me to come to a resolution that worked for both of us. I appreciate Extreme Kartz following through with this and making it right.

If I could give less than one star I would, for Jordans customer service. Now I ordered a battery gauge. I wanted a kit that had the gauge and all the needed wire to connect it. Instead of just ordering, I called. I spoke with Ryan who assured me it came with the harness/wires that was needed to connect it. If it didn't then call him back and he would fix it. It didn't come with any wire. So I called back to get the order fixed. But I kept getting excuses for no wiring. I received a call from Jordan who proceeded to tell me it didn't come with wire and I should just run out and buy some wire and he would credit me 30 bucks or refund my order for me after he tracked down the recorded phone call I had with Ryan to prove I wasn't lying about Ryan telling me he knew it came with the wire/harness and if not he would fix it. I didn't want to run all over the place picking up pieces to make it work. That's why I called, so to make sure I got what I needed to begin with. This guy is a joke! I paid for a complete kit, not part of one. And if I had wanted to run around picking up pieces then I wouldn't have ordered from Extreme Kartz to begin with. Order at your own risk, calling first before you oreder obviously dosen't make any difference on the part that ends up shipping to you and it sure won't guarantee quailty customer service.

Very rude and unhelpful in dealing with product support for battery they sold. They use the excuse that it was bought before the new owner took over so "We don't care" about your issues. This is a direct quote from the person who claims to be in charge there.

Extreme carts sent me a lift kit that was damaged and missing parts. They respond quickly to emails but take no action after that. I have had my golf cart in pieces for 3 months waiting for them to ship me the correct parts. Do not use this company.
