I don’t usually leave reviews, but…
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I must in this case. I ordered two golf cart tires after searching the internet for a particular name brand and size. I saw it on Extreme Kartz’s website and ordered them. However, when they arrived they were not as described. I opted to return them. Extreme Kartz apologized for their error, paid for the return shipping and refunded payment in full. I couldn’t have asked for more. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Very Professional Experience with Extreme Kartz
Ryan Hart was very helpful & knowledgeable when educating me on the Eco lithium battery and bundle for my Icon cart. They followed up with me with installation instructions and videos. The whole experience was pleasurable and professional. I would not hesitate to contact them again with any future needs.

The customer service department is…
The customer service department is awesome, they help me with all my questions very knowledgeable about their product's. I ordered front seats for my golf cart and they were very nice and comfortable i got two tone black and charcoal gray with lime green piping,I get a lot of compliments on them so I also ordered seat covers for the back seats to match the front. Super easy to install. I love my new seats and would recommend them to friends at the golf club.

Extreme Kartz customer service and tech support is top notch. I ordered 3 items for my club car tampo. DoubleTake storage bucket, DoubleTake Hitch Assembly, and the DoubleTake roof top handle. I reached out for tech support in regards to the fitment of the storage bucket. The customer service response was quick and they checked with manufacture and got back to me quickly. For the customer service and support I will continue to purchase from Extreme Kartz.
