The lead acid batteries in my Club Car were ready to be replaced and I wanted to make the conversion to lithium. I discovered Extreme Kartz online with great battery options and detailed information about how to pick the right option for my cart situation. I didn't need any other accessories at the time, but I noticed they have almost anything I would need for my Club Car and expect to return to them if I ever need anything for my cart.

Well, it goes without saying that the online ordering and delivery was as expected. I think they use Shop PAY for payment processing and in my experience is as solid and secure as Amazon, PayPal, etc. They used UPS for delivery and communications, and delivery performance was great and on par with what we have come to expect from online retailers. What made the Extreme Kartz experience special, and worthy of 5 stars is the presales support. May application for the product I purchased is supported but not common. Having contact with a great presale support team made the purchase and implementation great!
