I paid $476 for an "Extend Protection Plan with ADH" on a set of Niche wheels that I purchased from BB Wheels in June of 2024. In November I accidentally hit a pothole which resulted in both wheels on the passenger side of my vehicle (RF and RR) being damaged. I submitted pictures of both damaged (RF and RR) wheels along with my email address and contract ID through the Extend, Inc. customer claims portal. Less than 2 weeks later both wheels were replaced free of charge. The process was quick, easy and hassle free. For anyone interested in protecting their investment I would definitely recommend purchasing a protection plan through Extend Inc. It's a small price to pay for peace of mind. Thank you Extend Inc.!

They honored the claim and were responsive once we got communication linked up.

Update as of 7/30/24 - Received a call from one of the supervisors and she was great resolving everything promptly. Everything is taken care of now. I appreciate all the work. Changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. My final experience has been a 5 star but putting the overall rating to 4 star due to earlier back and forth. ———————————————— Update as of 7/26/24 after getting Merchant's response on my review - Those statement aren't true. I still see, under my account, that my claim was denied. I was sent a virtual card by email and when i try to access it, it gives an error. I reported this issue to your team on 7/20/24 and they promised to resolve it and give me a call by 7/22/24 but no one has either fixed it or called me so far. I have already ordered, and received, the desk from Wayfair now as I couldn't wait for your guys indefinitely. If you really care about customer experience then call me directly and I can explain. ----------------------------- I regret my decision to take the Extend protection plan with my purchase. My order came badly damaged and I called Extend and guess what? They asked me to wait for 5 days before I could file a claim. Really? I then called the merchant and they said that had I not taken the protection, they would have simply sent me a replacement as the package came damaged. I am now stuck. I simply wait for 5 days and don't know what would happen after that.

It took awhile due to their limited repair facilities in my city, but once the bike was deemed unfixable, I had a full repayment of my purchase price less taxes in 24 hours.Not sure why taxes aren't covered but I was happy with there services. I would definitely use them again for future warranty services. Miles above SquareTrade.

Edited to update: after some back and forth emailing theyanaged to get a working card and I've been able to replace my item. Thank you to the company for helping actually rectify the problem. It may have taken some time but we got it. Extremely frustrated and thinking I got ripped off. I got the horizon from Fluidfreeride and had to make a claim for replacement. I was given a virtual card as compensation but the amount was incorrect and it didn't work. Then they sent me a Mastercard for the correct amount....however it also doesn't work. I keep getting the error that the transaction isn't allowed by the terminal, which means that its not configured correctly....again...) starting to get super suspicious. Not happy right now.

A little difficult getting started with Tosot passing me off to extend. Was treated nicely but rather have a human to do business with. Did not like the online mastercard that was credited to me. I’m a senior citizen and without computer skills this would’ve never happened. Should be a company check issued.
