I seldom buy extended warranties, but did this time for an inflatable spa by Bestway. It seemed like a good idea this time. When the spa leaked after a few months of use, I submitted a warranty claim. Extend was incredible to work with. The communication about the claim and the speed and efficiency with which the claim was processed was fantastic. From start to finish, the process was easy, efficient with superior communication and speed. Very impressed with Extend!

The support team was fantastic! Working with them through email was a bit challenging due to the situation, but once on the phone with them they had my issue resolved that day. Really great customer experience, from claim processing to resolving issues.

It looks like most of the reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars. I guess that's because they paid a claim and got 5 stars or they denied a claim and got 1 star. As far as my claim goes, it went very well for me. I ordered 2 toilets and one of the toilets was broken when I opened the box. There was not any damage to the box. I took pictures that night then filed a claim the next day. Later that day they said they needed a few more pictures. I took the pictures that night and sent it to them the next day. Later that day I received my refund in the form of a debit card good for the purchase price of the broken toilet. The claim process was quick and simple.

5 star experience

Simple and straight forward. I’d rate the company from which I bought the items for which I got the protection from extend a 1 out of 5 stars if I could but the extend protection helped make a headache much less then it would have been otherwise. I have no complaints. Great at what they do.

These guys are the greatest. It's a minimal charge for the insurance which covers pret much everything (drops, broken, damaged, etc) it's a 5 day process at most once started. Explain what's wrong then take a couple pictures and that's about it. They even expedite the replacements. Much better service than Apple by far!!! Again the whole process is quick, super simple, and never had an issue with any replacement. Also usually it will be replaced by a virtual Card and all you do is order the new set on them 100%.
