What they say and what they do two are two different things!
I had a coupon code that was for a free magazine that I used when I ordered a trigger. All I got was a trigger no free magazine. Called the company and just got the runaround. I’ve bought a rifle from them. I’ve referred my sister who bought a rifle from them. You’d think they could help me out with it magazine that cost them maybe $10. They just lost a customer for life oh well, they didn’t seem to care. It’s a bad way to do business. I’ve been in business myself for 34 years and I know it cost a certain number to acquire a customer and a certain number to keep the customer but if you lose that customer, you have to spend extra extraordinary to get him back if he ever comes back. So it’s much easier to keep the Client happy especially if it only cost you 10 bucks and you have a new model coming out that I’ve been looking at. And there’s no damn way I’m gonna buy from you guys now. Really the guy I spoke to didn’t seem to give a shit one way or another…. nice job Extar!
