ExpresslexuspartsReviews of expresslexusparts.com

Ordered a Lexus backup camera. Have not heard a word since. Can’t sign on to their website. Left several messages by phone, no reply. Reached out via email no reply. They’re good at taking your money and a black hole ever after.

Complete scam, do not send them money. I purchased a pet divider to keep a dog in the back of a Lexus, not an inexpensive part. They bait and switched for some random useless small brackets, nothing like what the description said. Company will not respond to calls or emails to replace or refund.

I placed and order with expresslexusparts.com,a nd immediately discovered an error. I emailed and called them, I received an email stating I they will let me know if the cancellation has been confirmed provided that the part has not been shipped. the order has not even been processed, and they refuse to cancel. given issues other customers report, this company should be avoided.

Been over a week and no email reply, no order update and no replies to my email. They won't answer phone either. Avoid this company. Customer service is non-existent!

I ordered a part with an expected delivery estimate of around 5 days, it took them 12 days to actually ship the part and a total of over 2 weeks to be received. They should change their name..."Express" they are NOT!!!

I ordered a part with an expected delivery estimate of around 4 days, it's been 2 weeks and still have not received the part. I told them to cancel the part because it was taking too long, and they told me it shipped. But when I got the tracking number it showed the USPS mailing label wasn't even created until the next day and USPS didn't even get the item until 2 days after that. They essentially will lie to you saying something is shipped when it isn't.
