Scammers! Overseas company! Stay away from!!! FRAUD ALERT 🚨

1) This company does not communicate with you easily. Getting information is like pulling teeth. 2) The first driver did not know how to jump start a hybrid car. The second driver did and I incurred a $100 storage fees on a run-and-drive car as a result. 3) The driver did not agree to the contract price and would not transport my car unless I agreed to pay $100 more than the contract (extortion). Conclusion: Stay away! My original contract price was $675, I had to pay $1020 to get my car.

Stay away from this company. We paid Express Auto Logistics to transport a vehicle from Copart. They confirmed the pickup, then the driver refused the load and never canceled it in the system, blocking other carriers. We tried to contact them through their website with the tracking function that doesn't work at all. Multiple attempts to communicate through phone and email didn't help. They also didn't answer calls during their office hours. No communication, no ETA, no solution. We had to arrange our own transport. It says that they are not taking deposits, but in fact they do. Steven "the broker" asked to send half of the quote on Zelle as a "deposit for the driver," which never appeared.They took the money and delivered nothing. They are refusing to issue a refund despite failing to provide any service. This company wasted our time and put our vehicle at risk of storage fees.

Had another transport service cancel because they were sketchy. Express auto answer every question. Even when there was a delay, they helped out with it. I will use them again if I buy a car from an auction far away from me.

I hope my review can help someone else. I did an incredible amount of research. When I contacted Express Auto Logistics, they answered all my questions like an open book. Unlike other transport companies I actually felt that I can trust this company. The driver came, and carefully, mathematically loaded my car on to his truck. Each car was spaced out to perfection. He was very careful with all the cars in possession. They delivered my car on time and even better, my car was exactly the way I left it. They are now my go-to transporter forever.
