Did not receive anything

I’m so sorry to hear all these poor reviews, I was going to order a product , but thanks to reading all these reviews I’ll skip ordering thanks you all for your help.

Ordered the suction phone holder over 2 weeks ago not had any communication from them apart from thx for your order wen I first ordered the said item tried to contact them about my order as iv never received the item but just cannot get through to them think Iv been scammed out of £14.99 plz do not buy from this company as you can probably see from all comments no one seems to have received there product they’ve ordered scam company me thinks

Like many others, ordered but never received my order. Tracking number is not valid. They might have sent it to another planet. Sham company.

Ordered, paid for and the tracking shows it is on its way, but a week later, after arriving with Royal Mail, it remains out of sight. I have waited a total of 10 days, I do not expect to see the parcel or to get my money back, don't waste your time with this company, the tracking website is worse than useless

Goods ordered and paid for . Never arrived . i sent e mails land was told out of their hands and with the courier..... not even a message from the courier to give me any indication of when these will arrive... now when i send a message to Explicitn i says that something wrong with the company and cant send. must have blocked me.... its now over 6 weeks . EVentually arrived yesterday by royal mail... .. Never recommend this companty.
