My experience with Experts Immigration Consultant in Riyadh has been extremely frustrating, disappointing, and financially damaging. I paid them SAR 8,000 for a promised work permit, and more than 18 months later, I have received neither the promised permit nor my refund. The most disturbing part is that I have a signed contract explicitly stating that if they failed to provide the work permit within six months, they would refund my money. That deadline passed long ago, yet I am still chasing my own money despite repeated requests. I have the signed contract, payment invoice, and WhatsApp conversations as evidence of my experience. I am not making this complaint without documentation. I have also spoken with other people who have shared serious concerns about their experiences with this agency. In particular, I have concerns regarding the conduct and promises of Zubair Malik and Abdul, based on my own dealings and the accounts shared with me. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat customers. People work extremely hard to earn their money. Nobody should have to spend months chasing a company to get their money back after the service they paid for was never delivered and a written refund commitment was not honoured. My message to anyone considering this agency is simple: DO NOT BE BLINDED BY BIG PROMISES. VERIFY EVERYTHING INDEPENDENTLY, READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY, AND THINK TWICE BEFORE HANDING OVER YOUR MONEY. I will not remain silent about my experience. I am pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal channels in Saudi Arabia and will rely on my documentary evidence to seek recovery of my SAR 8,000 and the resolution of this dispute. This is a serious warning to prospective customers: learn from my experience, protect your money, and do your due diligence before engaging this agency. I expect the company to honour its written commitment and return my money without further delay. A company should be judged by how it treats its customers and fulfils its commitments—not simply by what it promises before receiving payment.
