I give them 1 star because there isn't anyway to give them something lower. If you like to be put off, lied to, given the bum's rush for payment and then have money stolen from you...this is the right firm for you. I paid for them to design my website and then Daniel kept after me to pay them for hosting, promising me that everything would be completed. This was months ago and still they have not updated my site. I told them that they would not be hosting my website. I moved hosting away from them and they are disputing the charge to get paid for hosting which they are not doing. I've been in business successfully for a long time and never needed a website, but decided to showcase my successes on my own website. Dealing with them was a constant pain and struggle filled with broken promises.

Client initially signed up with us for a Professional Website Package on 2/5/2022. Client required this website to be ready as soon as possible for his basic presence that he needed to show to some other company for some reason. We made sure that the client is delivered on priority basis because his project has to be completed as soon as possible. Clients website was ready completely ready to go live in terms of design, Coding, Uploads, Changes and functionalities. Customer did not have a domain name and the Hosting for this website to be live. We offered our domain registration and website hosting and security services to the client. We have the record of email thread in which it can be seen that the client was given all the information and he agreed upon the given information. Once the website was set live on the internet and both of these products i.e domain and hosting was purchased the client filed a dispute on the transaction mentioned transaction without any further notice. The website is still live and can be seen on the link below. https://snapdragonpr.com/ How can a client agree and pay for a service and then dispute that charge. If the client did not want the hosting then he should not have made the payment for it. We have all approvals and payments which can be shared upon request.
