I’m very impressed with Alex. I made an impulsive decision to purchase a program I would eventually need, but I wasn’t even ready to set up my account. I had paid the initial fee, and was charged the monthly fee, and I realized I was putting money into something when I didn’t need to yet. Alex understood my situation and refunded all charges promptly. He showed integrity and professionalism with no stereotypical salesman tactics, and I hadn’t even given him that assurance I would work with him when the time was right. Which I did let him know and which I do intend to do. I 100% recommend using this company if you need their offerings when the time is right for you. Thank you, Alex, for everything.
