Rating of -0. Horrible company. Check out BBB reviews BEFORE you hire Experigreen! One after the other the BBB reviews give a true picture of how incompetent, deceptive and unresponsive Experigreen is. They have ruined many lawns, charged for services not contracted for, and ignored complaints for years. They totally destroyed our lawn in two years, taking no responsibility or giving due compensation. Our lawn is now ALL weeds and invasive grasses. It is going to cost us a fortune to get our lawn back to the beautiful condition it was in before we hired them when we could no longer take care of the lawn ourselves due to travel requirements. They have NO excuse for not being able to kill weeds and invasive grasses which they have enabled to take over our entire lawn. They tell you what you want to hear over and over, but it is only lip service with no positive results - IF you can get them to return your calls! They will tell you extra/different service will remedy the problems, they charge you for these extra services - sometimes without authorization (DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!) and there are still no positive results - your lawn will continue to go downhill as they either don't perform the services or spray water on your lawn instead of effective herbicides.
