We strongly dispute the claims made in this review. The statement that payment was taken and no services were provided is false and does not accurately represent what occurred. After receiving payment, we completed the onboarding process and performed the marketing and lead-generation services that were agreed upon. Opportunities and potential deals were delivered as promised. However, generating leads is not the same as guaranteeing that every lead will become a closed sale. The client is responsible for following up promptly, communicating effectively with prospects, handling objections, and completing the sales process. We cannot close deals on a client’s behalf when that responsibility was not included in the service purchased. The fact that the client did not successfully convert the opportunities provided does not mean that our company failed to perform. It is unfair to describe legitimate services as a “scam” simply because the client did not achieve the outcome they expected or did not close the deals that were generated for them. We also reject the allegation that we intentionally disappeared after receiving payment. Our records, including onboarding materials, communications, work completed, and leads or opportunities delivered, provide a different account of the engagement. We are prepared to provide relevant documentation to Trustpilot or any appropriate third party reviewing this dispute. It is important to distinguish between a service provider’s obligation to perform the contracted marketing work and a client’s responsibility to convert the resulting opportunities. We fulfilled the services we agreed to provide. No legitimate marketing company can guarantee that a client will close every lead, especially when the final outcome depends heavily on the client’s responsiveness, sales process, pricing, availability, and follow-up. We take our reputation seriously and welcome honest, fact-based feedback. However, we cannot accept accusations of fraud or scamming when services were performed and deliverables were provided. Characterizing the engagement in this manner is misleading to prospective customers and omits the client’s own responsibility for managing and closing the opportunities delivered. For privacy reasons, we will not publish the client’s communications, account records, or campaign details publicly. We have retained documentation concerning the engagement and will respond through the appropriate channels if necessary. We remain confident that the records will demonstrate that the agreed services were delivered and that the claims in this review do not present the full or accurate story.
