Exceptional customer service! The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions about the cats breed, card, needs and temperament. The cattery was clean, well maintained and clearly a place where the animals are well loved. My new cat is healthy, happy and adjusted quickly to her new home, which speaks volumes about the quality of care she received. I recommend them for anyone looking to adopt a cat from a trustworthy and caring establishment.
