A Shiny First Impression That Quickly Falls Apart
The opening pitch felt smooth and comforting, almost too polished, but that confidence evaporated once work actually began. Transparency vanished fast. Communication slowed to a crawl, and every reply sounded rehearsed, vague, and carefully crafted to avoid real answers. Getting a clear update on timelines or actual progress felt like pulling teeth. Instead of facts, there were endless reassurances meant to quit concerns rather than address them. By the end, trust was gone, clarity was nonexistent, and the entire experience left behind frustration, doubt, and far more unanswered questions than confidence.
