Cheaply made. Horrible quality.

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I paid for express shipping but it took a long time to arrive. They sent me a bogus tracking number from the united states, however because I paid on PayPal I saw the actual tracking number where the item was really coming from - China. When it finally arrived, it was completely different from what I ordered. I ordered a woven black and white scarf, but received a cheap rayon printing of the pattern. Disgusting. Not worth the shipping material it came in. An expensive lesson to learn. I'm not even going to try to return it as I would have to pay for shipping it back. Nope.

Please don't buy from them , I feel for their Ad on IG . Wanted to buy neck stretcher device for 150 USD . First of all they overcharged me 20 USD. But reimbursed after I complained. Then they sent me just neck cast which cost 10 USD and totally not what I order . When I contacted customer service they were sarcastic and rude. Please be aware!

Charged me $90 and sent me dollar store lights that I could’ve got locally for $2, they advertised the square stick on under eavestrough back to a control box linked to an app, and I wish I could send a picture on here to show you what they actually sent me. Lol Order#19211583551 anybody actually does some thing about this here’s my order number.

Habe für über 400,-€ zwei medizinische Produkte bestellt. Geliefert wurden zwei kleine Papierschachteln mit Weihnachtsmotiv. Wert vermutlich unter 10,-€. Auf meine Email-Reklamation wurde gar nicht reagiert. PayPal lehnt den Käuferschutz ab und unterstützt die Betrüger noch! Ich kann nur abraten von diesem Händler der offensichtlich keiner ist.

Same as everyone who wrote. Man how can a company do this? And after we can't do anything. So for me its been 4 weeks, no pants yet and also no tracking possible... They always answer me to be patient. They really fool everybody *%?$&*(%**(*(*

Just like the rest of customers . This company is a scammers . It’s been 5 weeks and I have not receive the item . I have been sending e mail and all they keep saying is be patient . Tracking says it arrived the US 1 week ago so far I have not receive any updates . I was told the original warehouse was out of stock so they have to get it in another location without informing me if I still want to wait another. 2 months !!! Beware don’t be fooled . Instagram should remove their ads coz they are scammers !!!
