Why can't we give negative stars? I ordered an electric ratchet set costing over $40 and was sent the cheapest nastiest 1/4 drive normal ratchet set which you can pick up from any discount store for under $5. They have offered some money back and I can keep the set. not really a resolution as the set is so bad it would be going straight in the bin, seen some nasty ratchets in my time but this one takes the biscuit, actually I might keep it to lend to people I really don't like. I was not expecting the electric one to be quality but it was needed for a specific task so I would have put up with it for that task.
