I placed an order for the electric ratchet. I felt something was wrong and requested through email to cancel the order well within the said time written on the website. I receive a response after a day and a half stating it is too late for them to cancel my order and to trust their "product". I received the order today and what a load of crap they've sent. They have sent me a toolkit similar to the ones sold on Temu. Stop scamming people. Never ever buy from this site.

SCAM!!! Don’t buy anything from this company they are a scam website. I bought an electric ratchet $50 and instead was sent some cheap mini manual socket set worth about $5. After numerous emails they insist the product they sent is what I ordered when it obviously isn’t and they try and offer you a $7 refund only. if they had sent the correct products why are they even offering a part refund at all? When you refuse the refund they then tell you to return the item to a different address in China. once again, do not buy from this company!!!

Definitely a scam, should have done my due diligence in research. Ordered a "Cordless Slim Ratchet Set Main unit + socket bit set " and received a cheap 1/4" drive socket set. Do not buy from this vendor!

Absolute sham. Look professional until it's time to get your goods. The tracking information given is for a fake tracking/courier service. My items were stalled in the US apparently due to tariffs. Total excuse, as this was the case for many others... Good get stalled somewhere and never arrive.

I got scammed ordering an electric ratchet. Received a low quality manual one. Seller not willing to refund or resend is offering for me to send back at my cost with a restocking fee..

They keep telling me to call usps with a tracking number and it is not a legitimate tracking number. It shows it was delivered but it wasn’t. Don’t order from these people. Not even a phone number to call them. Only an email.

I got scammed ordered a car trim clip set never received it when asking for a refund. They asked for more money to send another one. I persisted and asked for a refund and they said they are not going to give me anything. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Insulting emails and extremely rude service. Stay away no clue how they are still operating such a scam business. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
