My order never arrived after a month! And no refund was offered because they claim it was delivered. What happened to "the customer is always right?" Terrible customer service. Do NOT order from this company.

I ordered the 0.5 mm precision eyelash brush and received bath oil- I contacted customer service and well other than blatantly calling me a liar they kept reiterating my package was delivered. Clearly , I received bath oil for $ 48.98 total cost.! They wanted to return $ 5 for the disappointing result. This company should not be in business.

DO NOT ORDER I ordered 1 hat. After checkout it showed I ordered 2 hats . I looked at different colors but only selected one..I immediately emailed support (30 seconds later) way before they shipped but they wait to respond so they can't change my order to 1 and refund me. It's been almost 2 months and still not hat. I have tracking info but their shipping partners must all ride bikes because it takes weeks just to get from one state to the next. My hat has been in Wi now for 9 days. DON'T FALL FOR THE PRODUCT

I received 2 shirts. Had no complaint with product or shipping. But I was charged double! My 2 shirts should have been a little over $50. But I was charged $91.98. Please refund the difference so I do not have to contest the charges. Thank you. Kim Stratford

The item I ordered the beginning of June has not arrived and the last tracking email I received from them was on 6/29/26.

I purchased a tankini June 1 received it a month later. I didn't like the way it fit. I am having a battle for a refund and return. I paid $68 they want to give me $6. They started at $6 now it's $19. I complied with their return policy instructions but they keep giving me a $1 increase. There is nothing wrong with the item they don't want to refund me. I am still fighting with them. Never again.

I placed an order May 18th and received a conformation right away. Got a tracking number and have been following that. It's now July 3rd and still have not received my order. I have emailed several times got a reply a few times giving some lame excuse about how long it is taking. Now I cannot get a reply at all. Don't buy here, you may not get your order like me!
