Mr Micheal is so explicit when teaching which makes it easy to understand the concepts of GRC. My success manager MOSES is the definition of patience, he checks on me regularly, makes sure im okay and not facing any issues in my learning, I had issues with my servicenow, he took his time, schedule a meeting with the technical team and it was resolved. My Success Manager (Mr. Yachem) is patience and prompt, always very ready to help,follow-up intermittently and respectful. The training program has been interesting and training delivered in a catchy manner. I am always willing to get to my table to study. I wish I had been opportuned to take my decision earlier.
