Excel Book WritingReviews of excelbookwriting.com

DO NOT DO IT!!!!! Do not give your book to these people, they will try to hold your books hostage to make you purchase their marketing packages. I ordered a package, which included 50 books for a book release/ launch that was scheduled in July 2023. We are currently at the end of September and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY BOOKS, even though the representative, Hardin Scott, assured me that I would. After having to push my event back TWICE due to not having books, I had to start accepting orders through Barnes and Nobles, just so that people can get their books on time. Excel uploaded the books to Amazon and Barnes and Noble and then told me that I would have to wait for Amazon to approve it which can take 10 days. They never sent me a sample book, he instead mailed me 10 books to basically shut me up from complaining and assured me that my remaining books were on the way. NEVER AGAIN will I use this trash of a publishing company. They do not keep their word, they only try to make you buy their products because they think that everyone is consumed by money and selling books. I just wanted to celebrate a major accomplishment after not writing in nearly 20 years. I trusted this company with my project that meant so much to me only to have my event ruined, three times and I still do not have my books! I have bookstores asking me to submit a copy of my books and I can't even do that because NOW I have to order author copies from another REPUTABLE company just so that I can have some to send out because Excel won't send my books as they promised to do. I will definitely be disputing this with my credit card company if I do not receive my books or a refund within the next few days. This is three months past due at this point and no one cares. EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR ALL OF THESE THINGS!!! They literally didn't do much of anything outside of uploading the books to Amazon and Barnes and Noble, which I could have done myself. I paid them $1050 for this "service". NEVER AGAIN!

Just horrible services and no customer service when calling to have the issue fixed. DON'T USE THIS COMPAINY

I'm updating this review much later to say my experience was really horrible. The person assigned to my book (which is still incomplete) was Travis Carter. The services were abysmal. The communication was atrociously bad. And the writing was literally so awful. It got to a point where I got so frustrated and upset with them that I ended up blocking them and leaving the project. So as a result I wasted thousands of dollars and my time. I couldn't even get a refund. Please don't go with Excel. I promise you can find infinitely better ghostwriting services that are not only cheaper but have better writers and communicate professionally.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I left an honest negative review a month ago and it seems like they took it down. Specifically David basley and rachael I forget her last name. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company. They will have excellent communication with you up until they receive money from you then completely ghost and gas light you when you try to get a refund for LEGITIMATE REASONS. their 100% money back guarantee is complete and utter BS. They said my refund would be processed within 25 business days and it’s been like 40 days so far with no response or follow up. I requested a refund because they are incompetent and don’t know how to put a simple children’s book together for the life of them and honestly are just really shady people. Guess I’m gonna fly to Chicago with the local police department and my attorney to physically get my money back.

recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this company. The job they did for me was very poor and the communication was equally bad. It was clear that they didn't care about my needs as a customer, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

It is my responsibility and my human duty to let you all dear writer to know that please, please don't trust Excel Book Writing company! They are fraud, they are a great professional liars. I signed the best seller contract with them, but they were not bound by any of the provisions of the contract and according the contract I asked them refund my money but they doesn't answer my emails, texts and phone call. I really frustrated. The money was my saving that I kept for my publishing my book. Please don't trust them, I am a great example for you. They even don't deserver for a star.

I gave them $514, and they promised to publish my book, place it for sale on Kindle, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and print me a copy. They PROMISED that if I was not completely satisfied with their service, that they would give me 100% refund. Well, it has been 6 months, and they won't reply to my emails or correspondence. They just took my money and ran! DON'T BE FOOLED

Please take note of each review for this "publisher". Majority of these "people" have written only 1 review...ever. Ironically, these reviews were written within the last year though the company alleges to have been in business for many years. So, if it looks like a scam, and reviews like a scam, it probably is a scam. Writers beware!!!!
