DO NOT USE THIS EVIL PAYMENTS. I want to give zero star and change your name from Evo to be Evil, because it's so terrible company. All the tip l added is not show up on you after l closed the Batch. Your Fuc.king Dejavoo Z8 took payment from customer one time only when they paid same card 2 times. But the receipt came out for them to signed 2 times. The report on POS system is right every time, but report on your Evil's Batch is always wrong! because it does not add the tip. And some of customer payments are disappear often. I keep call you everyday morning. All what you said the manager took my case will call back! because you can't do anything after the Batch is already closed. No one call me back. Next day l called over again and again with sending email to your people with all the receipt that showed how much l made with POS's report. Nothing works! No any call or email reply from them at all. Because they know what is wrong on these reports l sent to them, but they don't want to fix it. Customer walled in and ordered the food over hundred dollars. It was missing with tip. They told me to call the customer and ask to charge them again after they signed on the receipt at night. I don't have their number and l lost that money and tips for a month more than two hundred dollars.

EVO Canada already screw up our account on 1st month of usage. All new business started end of October and everything was fine the first week. As November started, we start noticing our bank account haven’t gain any money even though we were making sales. Busy weeks goes by, we finally checked our account again end of the month and same. Now I had to go back all the transaction and realize EVO didn’t deposit any cc payments to our account. We called them and 1st time they blamed on the transaction machine, made me made some changes on their hardware updates and promised they will look into and issue within 5 business days. Matter of fact, no one called back or follow up on the issue. We then called back again and next person told us to send in all the bank statements and transactions records so they can get back to us in another 5 business days. Sure again, no one called back. We had to call back and complain, this time, we already lost over 15k of our cc sales that never been deposited. They told us now this will take up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS. We surely trust them enough, stayed patience and waited… Ofcourse.. NO ONE CALLED OR FOLLOWED UP! we had to stop using their system because we couldn’t afford to lose our hard working money at this time of a Covid. Their lack of professionalism, knowledge and customer service people are nice enough, but no problem were solved. So where is our money now? no clue…. They have bury our hard working money away, and scammed us yet still got charged for service fees!!!!!! This matter still under going… EVO full of shixxxx!!!! They have put our new business into jeopardy

Very Sh**tyCompany. And Very Shi***tyservice. They will take your money from the bank account and you will never notice. They are Thieves. Do not sign up with them EVER. I repeat Never

Our bank account has been debited since 2015 for a service we never used, I thought that the charges were from our current processor (EVO name was not on the ACH it was displayed as "BKCD Processing"). Only then I came to find out that the charges were with Evo. I did some digging and found that they debited our account $1.75 monthly from the end of 2015 through May 2019 then in June 2019 through April 2021 they have been debiting $26.75(They charged us more money for being "INACTIVE"). I called and spoke with Johanna from EVO and asked her to send me a signed agreement or contract showing that we agreed to use their service, she said that she would find it and send it over. I called to follow up and the extension she gave me did not work, I ended up going in circles with several phone calls only to find out that we do not have an agreement on file and we have never even processed a single transaction through them. We have never seen any emails/postal correspondence from EVO Payments.

Deutche Bank - EVO Payments US closed our account 1 months after we started processing with no prior notice but they were happy to collect monthly fees from us prior to this for period of 6 months. We had pending payments during that time and shipped the product to customers and the payments were not captured once the account was closed - ZERO concern for us as a merchant - ZERO!! Informed the support about this and nothing was done to help us. When contacted their support regarding chargeback cases, the support was interrogating me why I want to know the answers to the questions regarding my OWN account! Many instances of chargebacks we responded to where EVO claimed we didn't as their dashboard shows only data submitted within the past 2 weeks so there is ZERO way to prove you replied to the chargeback after that. Did not assist us to collect funds from chargebacks we responded to where we previously issued a refund. The best thing are the hundreds of misc fees which were never disclosed in the contract we signed, you basically pay for every imaginable thing you don't have any knowledge of. On top of that, I was advised that we were charged processing fees equaling the original processing fee, as high as 4.7% WHEN: - PROCESSED THE TRANSACTION - ISSUED A REFUND - FOR EACH CHARGEBACK INSTANCE - FOR EACH CHARAGEBACK EVEN IF WE WON THE CB, FUNDS WERE CREDITED WITH A PROCESSING FEE ON TOP!! Which could make the processing fee on a single transaction close to 15%!! We never agreed to processing fees for each of these actions, there is no disclosure regarding this anywhere in the contract. Could not answer my question regarding their bank descriptor name so we can locate the transactions. Payouts report with missing data making it impossible to understand. Emailed support to ask why we were charged for more retrieval requests than there were. We still have some funds unpaid on our account - ZERO RESPONSE from Laurie Boyd. We will be filing complaints to FCA and SEC regarding their misleading practices.
