1059 a player was reported for sending porn to a minor. They banned him for only 3 days. He’s had 2 further bans since then but they do not ban him from the server permanently despite the fact he is awful all the time and is reported all the time. People are leaving the game because of him. It’s been a year and all customer service do is send template responses. Evony wake up and take action. Players are sick of your lack of action!

I have sent messages like this to customer Support "September 01 communication and behavior towards others: This person has been using threatening and racial slurs against different people on our server 1234. I finally got a screenshot of it. I usually just brush it off but this has gotten way out of control. He is very disrespectful to everyone here. I know that he has also sent private messages to some here upsetting them personally. It has almost been a full year. Enough is enough. Please help us. We have tried to reason with him many many times to stop attacking people. This player has used abusive language to our players and suggestive language about minors. Most of us have him blocked and he has done the same to many of us. He is permanently KILL ON SIGHT." Is there anything that we can do to make the company of that game remove that guy permanently or at least move him to a server/world so that he can start over with his city going with him? Auf dem Server treffen sich die unterschiedlichsten Spieler - leider. So fing ich ein Spiel auf einem Sever an, bei dem ich als Affe und N.... das N-Wort im Chat betituliert wurde - völlig ohne Grund. Vorsicht ist hier geboten! Beleidigungen, Rassismus und eine Sprache ohne Niveau sind hier an der Tagesordnung - und keiner schreitet ein. Ich bat um Klärung und Hilfe - und bekam keine. Ich habe natürlich Screenshots vom Chat gemacht - und musste dann kurz darauf feststellen - das meine Worte mit der Bitte um Klärung bzw. die Unterhaltung in einem internen Bereich weiterzuführen - einfach gelöscht wurden. Server 1960 gehört wohl nur den "Weissen" Menschen - eine Schande!

apparently you can do whatever you like when you are a big spender on the game. You can trade keeps, you can be racist, you can have foul language. And best thing you even get a reward for it. We have 2 players who openly admitted buying keeps from others and using bots and 3rd party apps, sent screenshots proving that , yet nothing was done. But when those players reported others they got rewards for that. Evony customer service seriously rewarded a third party user and keep trader. LOL. Practice what you preach evony. We did not agree in terms&services that big coiners can do whatever they want.

First played this game in 2018, was brilliant back then! You didn't have to spend to compete, gradually though as time has gone by the monsters have increased power, spawning of monstets has slowed down, resources spots have slowed down, before you could compete in competitions whether you spend or not, now you can not complete some competions unless you spend £300 or more, if you do spend money on it, the rewards you get are s#@t (i hope you pricks have a gambling licence) because that's basically what it's become!! We just had SVS and there was a guy who was keep lvl 44 after 4 months, we asked him how much it cost? Even as a bit of a veteran of this game i was shocked to hear he'd spent 200k in 4 months and estimated another 50k to get to lvl 45, that is disgusting from Evony you hideous human beings, i hope they enjoy the coining while it lasts because there is quite a large number of people getting together to get these robbing, blood sucking leeches in court!!!

I have been playing the game for just over a year. A lot of players have experienced bullying and racism from a certain number of players. They continue to make racist statements. I complained to Evony and all they did was mute the player for three days. So I decided to stand up to those racist players and their enablers. Guess what Evony did. Evony muted me in the world chat using the excuse of spamming. No wonder Evony does not have black avatars and black images that represent black players What a shame.

Dieses Spiel ist gut für Menschen die nicht wissen was sie mit Ihren Geld und Zeit anfangen sollen. Überfrachtet mit Quest dessen Lösung mit Geld erledigen lassen. Außerdem vermittelt dieses Speil ein verzehrtes Frauen Bild im Palast und diskriminiert Frauen auch im Hinsicht dass keine männliche Champions im Palast gibt. Es ist ein Fass ohne Boden, um mitthalten zu können sind tausende Euros Investition nötig, Geld das man nie zurück bekommen kann da ein Serverwechsel nach LVL5 nicht vorgesehen wird und die Weitergaben oder Verkauf dieser ACCs strengstens verboten sei. Außerdem bedienen sich viele psychisch beeinträchtige Menschen dieses schlechtes Spiel um Regel zu übergehen und andere Spieler zu terrorisieren und anzugreifen...so das man keine Chance hat sich zu wehren, es sei den man investiert sehr viel Geld um seine Fähigkeiten auszubessern. Der Angriff Schutz bis LVL6 ist viel zu kurz um zu testen ob man dieses Spiel mag bzw. es zu verstehen. Es gibt flächendeckend einem falschen Verständnis über die Art dieses Spiels, einige Grossere bzw. stärkere Spieler zwingen andere mit Gewalt um ihre Vorstellungen zu etablieren. Selten gibt es einen Konsenz, eine Einigung, gemeinsame Serverregeln die von allen akzeptiert und respektiert werden, so genannte friedliche Server wo Spielpass und Wachstum hat, sind eine Seltenheit. Die sogenannten Serverkönige sind meist machtlos gegen Leute die sich an die Regeln nicht halten. Ein harmonisches kontinuierliches wachsen und erfolge haben unmöglich ohne sehr viel Geld auszugeben. Die Quests berauben den Player viel zu viel zeit und die Belohnungen sind sehr mager gemessen den Zeitaufwand. Der Refrescher ist ein Witz, man muss täglich mehrmals relogen um Spielfortschritte zu aktualisieren und speichern zu können, der Übersetzer ist eine absolute Katastrophe und die App hat einige Bugs Wer einen Windows PC/Laptop hat kann dieses Spiel nur über einen Facebook ACC spielen, weitere Nachteil ist, es ist kein Browserspiel, es verschlingt Rechnerpower und Evony gibt in den Geschäft Bedienungen an das man durch die APP Zugriff auf alle (auch persönliche) Daten freigibt. Qualitätskontrolle und Kundenzufriedenheit sieht anders aus. Die Windows APP nicht genau gleich wie die Smartphone APP. Hat zwar formbedingt eine größere besseren Bildschirm aber die Funktionen im Chat sind nicht gleich wie die von der Smartphone App. Beim Support hat man das Gefühl das man mit Bots unterhält und keine echte Mitarbeiter gibt, außerdem gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Spiel Entwickler zu kontaktieren und Bugs etc. zu benennen. Eine regelmäßige Kundenzufriedenheitsabfrage existiert nicht. Wenn eine gibt, wird über kontakt Email gefragt aber es ergibt sich nichts drauf. Evony verschweigt außerdem das in jeden Server einen Mitarbeiter hat, der in den meisten Fällen leider tatenlos zuschaut. Fazit: Preisleistung eine absolute Katastrophe ein Fass ohne Boden. Um mithalten zu können sind mehrere zehntausend € bzw. $ fällig. Ausrüstung von Generälen und Beschaffung von Drachen sowie dessen Aufbau benötigt zu viele seltene Elemente die viel kosten, man hängt ständig hinterher. Gameplay zufriedenstellend. Viele Leute verlassen das Spiel, so das Evony dann Server zusammenfügt, Ist ein Server voll so kann niemand dort einsteigen. Außerdem, sehr viele Spieler haben mehrere ACCs in einem Server. Evony reagiert mit Verbote und Löschung dieser ACCs anstatt einen Angebot der Zusammenfügung anzubieten. Bei nagelneu geöffnete Server stürzen sich wenige Leute und öffnen unzählige ACCs . Diese Server ist in kürzester Zeit schon voll mit Dummies sogenannte ALTs. Auch hier schaut tatenlos und hilflos zu. Zu viele Quests und üppige Grafische Elemente gehen zu Lasten des Spielflusses, es hackt und bremst ohne erkennbaren Grund überall. Einige Quests sind mit bloße Logik und Intelligenz nicht zu lösen, und man benötigt Unterstützung die man mühsam im Internet suchen muss. Die App gibt ungenügend sinnvolle Hilfe und Hinweise was zu den Quests nötig ist. Evony ist ein Weltweites Spiel, Menschen von überall können "fast" in jeden neueren Server ein ACC starten und Spielen, leider können die Spielentwickler das nicht gut und gerecht umsetzen. I’ve been playing Evony for years and invested a lot of time and effort into the game, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I encountered a serious glitch during a battle where I moved my troops to another location prior to an attack, but they inexplicably reappeared at the original location, leading to a complete loss. When I reported this to the support team, I was met with a generic response claiming everything was "in line with game rules and conditions." It seems they didn’t even bother to properly analyze the issue I raised. Instead of acknowledging the problem and taking responsibility, they brushed it off, leaving me with no resolution. What’s even more frustrating is this isn’t the first time I’ve faced such treatment. In the past, my concerns have also been ignored or dismissed. It feels like the developers prioritize profits over ensuring a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for their players. Losing years of progress and hard work due to a glitch that’s clearly on their end is unacceptable. Players like me deserve better, and I hope others think twice before dedicating their time or money to a game with such poor customer support
