I was cheated out of an all stars battlefield semi final place, my score was changed after the final scores had been released and mine was lowered to let a player that scored less qualify. That player got a dragon red wings special winners package and a new avatar frame. Evonys answer after two and a half weeks. A compensation package of some gems and speeds. Several dreadful replies from customer services who don’t understand the game and absolutely no acknowledgment of the fact that not only should I receive the above items but because I don’t know how I would have scored in the semis we don’t know if I could have been on the top ten. The rudeness and lack of game knowledge from the customer services employees is disgusting. They are getting tens of messages a day from lots of players about this with proof. They have acknowledged it’s wrong but haven’t rectified my game experience loss with the appropriate items. Think twice before spending money on this game.

Waiting for 7 days to get solution for Login issue. Stll waiting

Very bad, I purchased packages in value of about 200$, I am not a rich person and it's the limit I could afford. I think 200$ from one person is good enough contribution to developers. What I have in return is that I actually can't play. You need stamina, but it runs out quickly and it's impossible to get enough from events. So I have paid 200$ and can't even make a move out of my castle most of the time. I have paid money and can't actually play the game.

Still unresolved issues. Now at least 20 tickets submitted for the same issue. At least 8 emails. Still cannot access an account. Worst responses ever if you get any at all. GAME OVER

The game has glitches. When you report to customer support, the responses are slow and not helpful. The agents gave canned responses. In a long email I sent them describing the problems, with screen shot attached, the answer was “sorry, can you send us a screen shot?” Obviously they don’t even read your emails and complaints!

Don’t play. Rigged game. The game is virtually lacking customer support. They are rude and unhelpful. The game itself is rigged. They monitor and manage your progress artificially. When you go “too fast”, the buildings start to loose levels, your absolutely heal troops will be back to hospital. The add promised gems just did not deliver them. The gems disappeared. Your account cannot be deleted. Just very wrong and not fun. Pure scam.

Unable to delete account and fake customer support. Fix this.

Was playing and enjoying it until foul language pops up on screen .so for that reason I’ve deleted it.
