You can not switch servers after three days or above keep level 6, so chances are good you'll end up in a server where they will kill all of your troops a few hours after the biweekly SvS war. All that training wasted for nothing. The chat is full of threats, sexual harassment, and bullying. You seriously do not want to play unless you pretend to be male to avoid most of the sexual harassment. This is not a game for casual players, people not willing to spend an obscene amount of real cash, or anyone looking to just build their Keep and kill monsters.

Cyber bullying by players frm bigger alliances to other smaller players is nerve wrecking. Server admin allows such in-humane act to continue, any one who downloads this game, do so at the expense of their own mental health. Game rule says alts & bots are not allowed but that is not the case people create alts & bots while others struggles to build their city using hard earned money to buy their too expensive rss. This game need to be taken down by authorities till TG Inc fix these things.

The gameplay is good but their support service is BAD really BAD it happen that the game has issues and you lose gems or rss or even you won one of the battles and you didn't receive a reward will yiu can forget it to ever get it back the misery yiubha with it so frustrating and they will hold younon a line but they never give anything qback unbelievable. My advice there better game this one us ripping people off they worst scammers ever

This wad a good game until I started having issues, my troops have been frozen out of the game for 4 days, so nothing I can do, I've sent several messages to the game makers and not had 1 single response, they will take your money but will not help with the issues.

GamerID 59208613 - This game is full of bugs. The bugs can make you lose all your troops and evony support will do nothing. Evony support will take weeks and then wont even help. They just hope you get bored waiting and give up on needing help to resolve an issue. 15 months on the game and it was great fun for a while but now its a nightmare and i plan to abandon my account. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME +$$$$$+$$$$$+$$$$$+$$$$$+$$$$$ ############################## 1) i bought a number of packages in the game which cost me 100s of pounds in the end because when i used apple pay my password was requested over and over again. Turns out a payment of £100 was being taken each time. Finally the payment was accepted and no more password prompts. I only got the package on the last press. All other password submissions took my money and evony denied it all bounced me yo apple pay support. Apply pay support said payments were taken but evony would not refund or give the extra packages paid for. i was 100s of pounds out of pocket. +$$$$$+$$$$$+$$$$$+$$$$$+$$$$$ ############################## 2) I am an active player on my server have have been top 3, 21 times in svs. Two weeks ago i was on the enemy server and the game was lagging really bad. Marches were stuck in limbo and other strange glitches. My cavs were ghosted and i got hit with ground. My cavs ghost marches were stuck and 18m troops were killed by 3m troops. (This shouldnt be possible and i have successfully defended many times before and never lost all those troops. This is a game mechanics glitch as well as the ghost march glitch. I spent a lot of money trying to revive my troops. I raised a support call once again. Evony took over two weeks to look at it said no errors were found. I was expecting my troops to be reinstated and gems compensation for spending all thar money to only be able to get half my troops back. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY ON THIS GAME AND I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT SPEND EITHER. THE GAME IS A SCAM AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

It’s a great game.. however there is 0 customer service support, the game lags like crazy and we end up losing a lot of our own investment (£).. the game chats aren’t controlled which means there is also vile people talking and ebony doesn’t take any action (like I initially said 0 support).. there are people selling accounts, resources and sub cities very openly and evony doesn’t do anything about it (because 0 response from customer support).. this is a money making platform that takes zero responsibility!! It’s horrible.. play at your own risk

Watch out. The game devolopers only want u to pay in this game. As soon as u get any problem they ignore you. They are trying to Milk out so much money as possible before they throw u away. At every server war they start to glitch the game so you die because of server fault. When showing proof they ignore u.

I bought 2500 emeralds for a different game as a side quest. evony took my money and claimed I had not done so. after months of awaiting approval, the claim was denied despite providing pictures of said purchase. they are crooks
