It's a scam, not a game. The game aspect isn't even creative or fun. The support is nothing but AI that won't help you. They only reply with generic AI 'we're here to help' then they won't help. And this company has already been proven to false advertise their gameplay. So, don't even consider downloading this game. They'll also sell your personal info

I would give 0 stars my account was stolen I have provided all purchase receipts they keep lieing saying the payments ain't for my account so now I have to sue them and file for refunds

Hello everyone Playing this game for a few years now so I know what it’s all about. The game is nice to play the only problem is customer support!!!!!! They never solve a problem only fooling people . Because of this they loose a good customer. My advice to all don’t play this game. At the end they are only after your money !!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars as many others have said, because this game is nothing but a scam owned by hackers wanting you to always pay for the game just so that they can try to hack you account and steal your payment information or to scam you on a purchase as many others have said. They will allow you to try and make a purchase and when you do, they wont give you everything you purchased even if you have the receipt as evidence if they even give you any of the purchase at all even when they take the money no matter what. I've seen that happen to a couple friends playing this from the mistake they made of trying to buy something and got the money stolen from them since they did not receive even one thing from the purchase which we have proof of if ever anyone wants visual evidence. Customer service doesn't respond to anything because they don't care and just want to keep scamming/hacking people. The main big players on the game are all pay to pay players or players who work for the company to hack or scam people while fishing for more people to manipulate into spending money on the game and join them on discord to get more of your deep personal information to do a lot more than just hack/scam you in the game. So much more to say that many other have spoke up about, but still nothing has been done other than get people to try it out and see it's true to give bad reviews like this so others can see somehow that this is a game that should be banned, but Google does nothing to stop it or fight it and they still advertise it like YouTube and social media apps/pages as well.

Aber , Da ich schon vor ein paar tagen per Ticket versucht habe Kontakt aufzunehmen wegen ein Mobbing fall auf dem server 1700 , und es bis missachtet wurde ...und heute wieder schikane von dem könig , sollten sie doch allmählich mal was tun .... Per Ticket kam nur vom Support zurück , " wir können nichts dagegen tun ,, Daher vergebe ich 1 Stern...Da man sich nicht drum kümmert und den König schalten und walten lässt wie er gerade lustig ist !!!!

Customer Service is crap!! After it failed to load, they said make sure you use the download from the official site (which I was anyway). So I uninstalled and reinstalled and lost access to my account as there isn't an account login method as such. Undeterred I submitted a Lost Account request and submitted all the info they requested. Followed up every day for an update. 24hrs later advised passed to checking. 48hrs later asked for more transaction details on the account... 48 hrs after I had asked them if they had everything they needed (screenshots of recent transactions provided), so for the last 48hrs they've basically been sat on their arses doing squat. If you know about the game you know that being away for the game leaves you unprotected unless you have a truce agreement in place, which I did for 12hrs at the time of the request. I even asked if they could extend the protection whilst I'm trying to recover my account. This was never responded to nor indeed performed. So after 2 days or more away and unprotected I may quite possibly return to the game only to find that I have been zeroed and all my time invested was for nothing. That's how little interest customer service have.

Im sick of seeing their adds on youtube where they show gameplay that has nothing to do with the actual game… how the hell are they still alive?!

I have been playing this game for about a year now, don't ask me why, but they are ridiculously inept when it comes to managing technology.... I attempted to purchase an in-game 'Special' today, but then after having my debit card declined numerous times, I switched to a different credit card to FINALLY complete the purchase. Unfortunately, right after finishing it, the thing started to mess its diapers again, thus I ended up only getting about a third of the items I paid for because these scam artist criminals can't seem to administrate a functional game. Continuing, there is a sad reality that trying to contact the scammers is next to impossible, on top of the fact that they adamantly REFUSE to accept fault for the game they make their living off of, so NO REFUNDS whatsoever, and no return of the lost items. HOW IS THIS LEGAL??
