We take every piece of feedback seriously, but we believe this review doesn't reflect the full story. Our goal is always to create a high-converting website that the client loves. In this case, although the Standard package was purchased (which covers template adaptation), we went ahead and created a fully customized design at no extra cost to meet the client's expectations. Despite our multiple requests for specific details on what to change (colors, fonts, or sections), the feedback remained vague, making it impossible to reach the desired result. We remain 100% committed to completing the project and achieving a professional result, provided we receive clear instructions on the vision. We are still here and ready to help!
