Worst customer service ever! Didn't honor friend referral twice! Rude and unprofessional. I was a?regular customer. Never again!

I order 4 bottles of Omega Supplements for my kids. The products are late and it is found all the tablets in stick together at each bottle when arrived and maybe it is too hot during transportation. I contact to the Customer Services and provide all the information and photos for changing a standard one or refund, Every Health pass to the investigation team and said 3-5 days for investigation. However, up to 1 month, there is no feedback and also my further email. Totally disappointing and frustration and MUST not buy product here again.

This is my first time at ever health I came with my five year old I am not impressed the service is not even half the way up to par I came at 12 30 waiting on the dental to open the young lady was laugh with another employer so I came in with my daughter from there the young lady started to get her things together so i said ok let me let her I took a seat other people walk in she speak and start to take there info I say to my self ok a little odd let me get in line I. Ask when i get to the front did you not see me i get bo reply i say i have been here waiting for a while why not call who came in first no response ok she asked for my daughters name i give the information try to over look her then i noticed every person befor. And after us went in we were still waiting I asked was all theme appointments she said yes which is a lie then the supervisor comes out and ask did he miss something I ask would he like to have a conversation he pushed that to the side and pretended to be concerned about everyone but us then finally he asked was I ready I replied was he since I have to wait forever i asked for all the names and voss over gim he never cared about my concerns peoples feel because they have a job you can just do people any kind of way i am disgusted with the leve of dis respect I would like a call 8134062617 every health on 1322 22st s

I had two trial products with my order in my shopping basket. But they did not arrived with the order. I contacted them 8 times with every info provided they asked. Each time they asked one more question to proceed. But I already provided. Their customer service is not a reliable one and especially made customer feel bad. Order Number: 486451988

Jeg bestilte mine vare den 27 marts, og har skrevet lige siden hvor de blev af. Nu er det den 21 april, og der er stadig ikke kommet nogle varer.. Efter JEG har kontaktet dem op til flere gange, sender de mig nu en ny order, lad os se om den dukker op.. Kundeservicen er virkelig skidt. Jeg spurgte om de ville kompensere for mine vare eller lign, men fik at vide jeg kunne få £5 til deres hjemmeside, så man kunne bruge flere penge hos dem. Det er altså så frækt... Der er samtidig en flabet undertone i deres besked kospentance (jeg tog screenshots af det hele, hvis de selv skulle være nysgerrige omkring deres personale). Jeg er bare så skuffet over et firma kan være sådan. De burde lukkes ned.

The company is falsely advertising that a free gift will be received of the order qualifies and is of certain amount but then the gift is not received and even after many interactions with the customer services I am not getting any answers. It's a shame as they have really good products on offer. Also I had an issue with the discount codes which again was not very clear why I said what I did in the end. My advice is clear code application and transparency plus no false promises to customers

I’m a long time customer but something has definitely changed lately. I made my order on 28/03 and as of today, 12/04 I’m still waiting for it. My order was split in two, at least some of it appears to be coming from the US and the predicted generous delivery dates have been missed. I won’t be using them again.

Do not use this company if you are based in the UK. The company ships from the USA. The delivery was way outside of the delivery timescales so I needed to go purchase from elsewhere. I rang up to cancel and they refused to cancel and refund the order, instead saying I had to wait until the order arrived and send it back. It eventually turned up some weeks after it was due. But returns need to be sent back to USA and are at your expense. I wanted to return two small vitamin supplements and the cost of return was nearly £25 if signed and tracked, clearly prohibitive. Do not buy from this company as you cannot properly exercise your consumer rights and the company uses this to their advantage. You can buy just as cheaply in the UK and without the risk that you will lose out.
