DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Customer service is beyond awful! I was promised a refund for custom fees by one of their employees if I provide them with proof of payment. When I submitted requested documents, the company started denying everything and coming up with some ridiculous excuses, changing their stories all the time, asking for more evidence. I have provided them with all documents, tracking evidence, photo of my parcel being delivered, photo of proof of the payment, I submitted transcript from my conversation with their employee who confirmed twice I should not be charged fees and that once I pay them and submit proof of payment, they will refund me the charges. Even after all of this, the company refuses to issue me with the refund and keep replaying with more lies! I never leave reviews but I was absolutely shocked by the lies and awful, awful customer service, I don't want other people to get scammed! I may add, when placing my order, the website said duty fees were INCLUDED, but that was also not true! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Very poor customer service still a week and no updates what so ever- still waiting looks like my order won’t arrive this week either ?? Why the bad communication we have also been charged for this? I have had no email notifications either Very poor will definitely not be ordering from this company again sorry…

Place an order on 26th April 2023 and thought it was a UK company. Only when I started tracking it did I realise it was coming from America and delivery should be 2nd May. We waited in on the 2nd May and it didnt turn up. Contacted Every Health and they said it was lost and i could have a refund or resent. We arranged for it to he delivered to a friend we were staying with over the bank holiday and Every Health couldnt guarentee that the next shipment would arrive before we went home. Its going to take 3 to 5 working days to get my £128 back. As i pointed out the purchase transaction is instantaneous so why cant they make refunds. Worried i wont get my money back. Avoid like the plague!!!!!

Order no. 573586376 Order placed on 12/Apr/2024. Goods not shipped. Order have not received . The money have taken for my account please . Respond to us please. Will spread word and will not purchase anything from this company again.

SCAM WEBSITE! Spent 50 quid on collagen. Never arrived. DHL reference is bogus. Emails to them bounce. The good reviews on here are fake. AVOID!! Have reported to Action Fraud etc. Thieves.

Being scammed. Placed my order and tracking number has disappeared. Last checked when was visibile sunday with customs for a week. No response helpdesk. Avoid these scammers

The five star reviews must be fake … Please avoid this scamming company who take your money then hang on to it..,I’m awaiting a refund of 55 pounds. Shocking customer service and bad communication.., do not buy from them I’ll be surprised if I get my money back. The live chat is with someone who can’t understand or is pretending not to. They cut the chat off because they were incompetent and I said so. Doubt I’ll get my money back but will go public and make it known if they don’t refund me. Update in response to the reply from this company saying to contact. I did and they just cut me off and never paid me back the £55 pounds and it’s months now. Don’t use them, even this reply here from them isn’t genuine because there’s no way the customer services will refund the money.
