Customer service is dying everywhere. Few do what they say, fewer do what is right for the client but rather do what is right for them, few answer the phone after the deal is done and dont know you anymore. It is rare that a company will take a call from a stranger - and spend a long time answering questions relating to Equipment leases and the various terminations - advantages and disadvantages of each decision.
