From day one
From day one we had assistance selling our home w/agent Jeff Atkinson. He returned every text, email and phone calls in record times. I even sent him a text on a sunday (his day off) and he helped us. He also acted as our representative for any real estate question or dilemma. Excellent service
Jeff did an excellent job keeping me informed on potential customers and eventually the buyers of our home. He kept me updated on all aspects of the sale. He also gave subtle advice to keep us on track for our sale. His advice was spot on when I needed it. I would recommend Jeff and Everhome to anyone looking to sale their home. P.s. discounted price ,but not discounted service!

Efficent & Cost Effective Realtor Service Alternative
I listed my CA home with Everhome which handled all aspects of a listing realtor in helping market and sell my home, which sold in 28 days at the list price I was asking. I saved thousands of dollars by using their flat fee program! They were very professional and responsive to my needs during the home sale process. I would recommend them to everyone!

Use this firm to sell your property!
Jeff and Heidi provided the absolutely perfect amount of support throughout the sale of my property. They are consummate real estate professionals. They earned my trust right off the bat and never did my enthusiasm for working with them and the Everhome staff diminish. Selling a property can involve all kinds of challenges, but they always had excellent advice on how to proceed. I’d work with them again if selling another property.

Working with Jeff gave me such a peace of mind during a very uncertain time
The pandemic has been very hard on everyone and showing a home means something different today than it did yesterday. Whenever I felt unsure of what I was supposed to do next, he was there for me and helped me understand next steps. I highly recommend this platform and working with Jeff. He’s very responsive and will take good care of you. He helped me save about $20k+ by not going with a typical agent, sold my home for $100K above market, AND closed on time. How do you beat that?!? Thanks, Jeff, for being a rockstar!
