Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, and return policy… I had unopened product that I wanted to return and they refused. They said you can only return if wrong product was received. I pointed out that their return policy doesn’t state that….see policy below on website. Don’t buy!! Our return policy lasts 14 days, meaning you have 14 days from the time you receive your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us
