Horrible experience — I would not recommend buying from this company. I ordered a nine-piece dining room set, and the first delivery arrived with a hole in the pedestal base. After arranging a replacement, the second delivery was also damaged. The pedestal base was chipped, the center section of the table had visible damage, and one of the chairs was chipped as well. Receiving damaged furniture twice is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality and lack of quality control.

PLEASE BE SURE TO READ BEFORE CONSIDERING ANY PURCHASES! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! WORST DECSION EVER - SHOP WHERE THEY WILL HELP YOU!!!!!!! I strongly advise against ordering from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. After placing my order, I received no communication regarding a delivery date even when I would email asking where my order was. The furniture eventually showed up unannounced—and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. When we attempted to assemble the table, the pieces didn’t fit together properly, making it impossible to even get past the first step. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they initially refused to assist me—even though I had purchased a protection plan. After several calls, they agreed to a $250 refund and a replacement table. However, neither was ever processed. When I followed up again a week later due to no refund processed, I was told they could no longer help me. They then reduced the offer to a $100 refund and denied the replacement entirely, despite my protection plan coverage. After spending hours on the phone, a manager named Sunny assured me I would receive a $100 refund and a replacement table within 24–48 hours. Again, neither of those promises were fulfilled. Eventually days later, I received an email stating that the $100 refund had been processed—and to make matters worse, the $191 protection plan I purchased was canceled without my consent. This refund was what we agreed upon along with a replacement table, and I have received no resolution for the damaged table and they canceled my protection plan that I paid more then $100 for and I did not agree on canceling. I have called at least 20 times in one day trying to resolve this issue, but no one answers or responds to emails. Overall, this has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have asked several times if they can come get the items and refund me as this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I am asking for a full refund or a call from corporate as I have tons of emails/calls/texts to back me up and I will take this all the way until my issue is resolved!!!!!! Update 5/22/26: I still have not received the replacement product or a refund, and Eve Furn has now blocked every form of communication. Each time I call, as soon as I provide my name or order information, the call is disconnected and my number is blocked. They left me helpless without being my able to also use the protection plan I purchased and was not refunded for that they canceled and claimed it would be for my “new table” that I have not got. Total scam! Save your time and money Due to the complete lack of resolution and unprofessional handling of this situation, I will be filing both a lawsuit and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company. Avoid Sunny, Shaz, and the female who answers all the calls and disconnects them. Still have not got a call back from corporate! 6/2/2026 Still no contact from the company and still blocked from calling. My bank disputed the charges as they agreed that this company’s handling of the situation was incredibly unprofessional. After weeks of unresolved issues, broken promises, and poor communication, nothing was done to fix the problem. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—look elsewhere. I would not recommend this company. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Love my new bed! I recommend them

Two stars is me showing grace only because I actually like the sofa! I received my sofa chaise on Dec 13, 2025. After putting it together, I noticed that the sections were misaligned when attached. I immediately notified Eve Furniture. I was told someone who come out Jan 2, 2026 to assess the issue. I receive notice Jan 1, 2026 that the scheduled tech has canceled. I understand it was the day after New Year's so I let it slide. My appointment is rescheduled for Jan 9, 2026. The tech spends all of 10-15 minutes attempting to adjust the sliding mechanism, reconnects the sections of the sofa and asks me to take a look. Ummm, everything looks exactly the same as when you arrived. With a bit of attitude he begins working again. When he finishes I can actually see a difference, so he signs off as customer satisfied. After moving the couch to vacuum and reconnecting the sections I notice the problem is still there. I immediately call Eve Furniture to report the issue and ask for another tech to be sent out. The rep tries to give me push back but I'm firm on the matter. I request for a tech to come after 1pm and explained I wouldn't be available before then. The next tech is scheduled to come between 9am-12pm. I cancel the appointment as I have already explained I would be unavailable that morning. A rep reaches out to reschedule the visit. No appointments are available until Feb 6th. I receive a message Feb 5th that unfortunately the tech had to cancel. I again reach out to Eve furniture, this time requesting a replacement sofa. I spoke with a female rep whose name I should have asked for. She assured me she would connect with her team and reach out with further information. This was Thursday Feb 5th. It's Monday and I still hadn't heard from them so I called again. Same rep answers and assures me someone will return my call that day. I never heard anything from Eve Furniture until March 5th after I placed a charge back on my card. The rep who called wanted to set up a pickup date for the sofa. He in not so many words says the issue is my fault because I canceled once. No sir, I have all the receipts for the lack of professionalism and carelessness from your company. Please come and pick up your defective furniture as soon as possible!! Thanks!
