On entry placement: Every trade is executed at the exact price shown on your chart at the moment you confirm, and each trade record stores the precise entry price, timestamp, and direction for full transparency. On same-price expiry: This claim is simply incorrect. When a trade expires at exactly the same price as its entry "a tie" the full stake is automatically refunded to the balance, not settled as a loss. This is built into our settlement system and applied to every account without exception. Every trade also carries a small, clearly disclosed spread, so a trade closing a fraction of a point away from entry is not a tie , it's a loss or win based on the actual close price, exactly as the terms state. We take trade disputes seriously, but we can only act on specifics. You have not contacted customer support, and no trade IDs, timestamps, or screenshots were provided with this review , so there is nothing for us to verify. Every one of your trades is recorded with its exact entry price, expiry price, and settlement result, and our support team can walk through any of them with you.
