New owners, and just experienced the worst service imagineable. Specifically requested a shipment date in December. Arrived October. No apologies, just "there was no preferred shipment date". Wrong, I specifically drilled down on their date preferences. So, now my wife has her Christmas present in October, and the surprise is ruined
