The whole service is amazing. Creig Graham is a great person and professional. He cut lenses for sunglasses and helped me to fix them. While I was waiting I was offered to drink a coffee (and you can choose the taste and type of coffee! Not a regular one) and chocolates. I will definitely come back for the new pair of glasses and I highly recommend to visit the store.

I bought a pair of red glasses and when I got home and looked in the mirror I just knew I made a serious mistake. Upset with myself, I returned to EuroOptica. The staff was supportive & understanding -- they really wanted me to be happy! Odila Roman searched high and low to find another pair of glasses suited to my narrow face. We found a pair that looked pretty good when suddenly she had an idea -- to try my original red frames in a lighter color. It was the perfect solution!! Not only do I love my new glasses, but I was able to reuse the lenses. EuroOptica has a great collection of frames and excellent customer service. Odila Roman is a talented stylist - and an awesome problem solver.
