Plastic came off the end of my glasses and Craig helped me. I was serviced right away!

EuroOptica provides excellent service. I had damaged the frames for my IC! Berlin glasses and was helped by Creig who carefully repaired them while I waited in the store. He also showed me a number of new frames and explained my options given the short timeframe I have before my current travel plans. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you for the great service!

This seems more like a day spa visit than a trip to the opticians. Upon entering, you are greeted with a choice of amazing teas and coffees - all sorts - and designer chocolates and/or water. We first went there around New Year's, and they were serving prosecco! I needed new frames and a new prescription. The exam was done downstairs, state-of-the-art equipment. And so much care and time were take by everyone there to make my experience - from figuring out the bifocal choice to suit me, to looking at new frames (I ultimately kept my old frames.) Special shout out to Craig, the most amazing optician ever.

Very professional and very gracious. I walked in to ask if they could adjust titanium frames that I couldn’t get serviced at the store where they were purchased. It was done - carefully and well - on the spot for no charge. Next time, I’ll start here.

I needed a pair of sunglasses repaired. Craig and Ellen were incredibly helpful as they quickly repaired them - free of charge! I will be definitely going here for all my sunglass needs going forward! 5 star experience!
