I deposited $25 twice and won a few hundred dollars. I cashed out but noticed after a whole day the money never arrived. I get back on their site and text the support chat and was told to wait another 24-48 hours. I reached out after that time frame and was told the same thing again. They have a good site and good bonuses they just don't pay out. Did get one small payout a year or so ago but recently I have outstanding withdrawals dating back weeks. Unfortunately it looks like these guys can't or won't payout. You mention withdrawal to the online help they disconnect from chat instantly. No response to email. I have made several deposits with this website with only 1 $500 withdrawal in over a year playing.. On August 16th 2024 I won $1,000 while playing. I submitted a payout request on that day. It is now almost 2 months later and I still have not received my payout. The payout is still in "requested" status. Every time I reach out to chat I either get ignored or I get told "technical issues you'll get it soon," "I have to talk to my manager," "the finance team is processing it" or "you'll get it soon." Nothing has changed in 2 months and they still continue to advertise "instant withdrawals on bitcoin." This website is the biggest scam. Stay away.

If I could give EUROBETSCASINO negative stars, I would because that is what they really deserve!!! They are nothing but scam artists striving to steal your money! Dont trust ANY OF THESE 5 star reviews, they are false and scripted by the “employees” themselves!! How do I know?? I too gave them a 5 star review when I first started playing there, but only because I was told to and also told what to write by David Jackson, one of their main “customer support agents”. This was during my first withdrawal of only $200, after spending over $1500. I was told that if I wrote a 5 star review, he could get my money deposited into my bitcoin wallet in under 10 minutes, and also if I did that and wanted to make an additional deposit, that I’d receive a promotion that I couldn’t refuse and was only available to me, and that he was moving my account to “VIP” status because of how much money I had spent in such a short time…. Come to find out, they don’t have a VIP program, nor do they have any rules or regulations about the casino like all the other legit ones.
