Return process is the worst. They send you 3 pieces in one big box and when you want to return they will issue the QR codes individually and charge $9 per item. I have never seen any return like this. Usually what comes under one order is returned as one order, not split to make money. They sound desperate to sell. Upon research on sneakers I find their *quality for money* very low.

Lazy People. Lazy business. I would give it less stars if I could. Absolutely terrible experience. These people don’t reply to emails and don’t answer the phone. Oh and they don’t stock their own products. Lazy.
