Bought a pair of jeans on sale which turned out to be too small. Tried to return them but apparently they do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items! I checked the website in the ‘returns’ section prior to ordering and it says nothing about sale items. It mentions free refunds for full priced items so I just assumed you had to pay to return a sale item. When I contacted them via the live chat to ask for a return address they informed me I cannot return the jeans! So now I’m left £150 short and with a pair of jeans that do not fit! After fishing around on the website I have found where it mentions sale items are non-refundable but this is hidden and not in the generic returns section where you would naturally look. Terrible customer service for a high end brand. Won’t ever order from them again.

Un scandale ce site. Passez votre chemin vraiment. Des vrais amateurs sauf pour garder votre argent.

Commande le 24 mai, à ce jour ( 14 juin ) , commande toujours pas reçue. Service clients me dit qu’ils font leurs recherches vers le transporteur. Le tracing me dit qu’il est au point relais, mais le point relais ne l’a pas reçu, le transporteur ( GLS ) après de nombreux mails ne réagit pas. A ce prix, le service pourrait au moins être efficace. Bref, j’attends …

J’ai commandé un article qui est arrivé à défaut (tâché PARTOUT). Les produit arrivent dans une pochette plastique (au vu des prix et du positionnement de la marque cela est plutôt décevant) Lors de ma commande je devais recevoir un cadeau pour l’anniversaire de la marque (je l’attends encore) il était pourtant bien visible dans mon panier lors de mon paiement. Je dois attendre 2 semaines pour être rembourser d’un article à défaut… et cela leur paraît tout à fait normal. Le service client sert à rien… pas de solution. Passez votre chemin.

So I received a Tiger tee as a christmas gift and it was such bad quality. Contacted customer service that after some time sent me a new product. Inside the package there was a Kais blazer(???) that should have gone to someone else. There was a confirmation paper inside with someone elses name on, but my husbands name was on the outside of the package. Contacted Customer service again who asked me to send this back. I sent the Tiger tee and the blazer back and they should have sent me a new tee by now. They don’t answer my e-mails anymore and they have taken 99 dollars from me for nothing!!!! This is serious and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from this company. I asked them for a discount since I have spent so many hours sending stuff back and sending Mails back and forth, for nothing. Anine Bing prices are too high for this! Will do a complaint to the responsible… what should I do more to get my new product or get my money back??

Despite the website name ‘Anine Bing EU’ this online shop is based in the US and does not have to comply with EU law. They refuse to reimburse or exchange items bought at reduced price and apparently they have the right to do so. I bought a pair of size 38 sandals on sale that turned out to be much bigger than a usual size 38 and now I am stuck with these huge things that flop on my feet. Will never buy there again.

J’ai commandé le 14 mai et aujourd’hui 3juin, toujours pas livré. J’ai envoyé des mails,j’ai utilisé leur « chat » et à chaque coup leur réponse est qu’il me remercie pour ma patience et que je serai bientôt livrée!! Je pense que ce site est une belle arnaque! J’achète souvent en ligne, et je n’ai JAMAIS vu ça! Ne commandez surtout pas chez Anine Bing.

I want to return an item bought on sale and have contacted their concierge service two weeks ago and several times via Their online chat. I have heard Nothing - can not recommend this site
