EticketsReviews of etickets.com

I was overcharged more than $100 for 2 concert tickets by etickets. Theface value of the tickets was half of what I was charged by etickets.com to attend a Brandi Carlisle concert . I feel I was mislead by their internet listing. Be careful!

I used them for tickets and got hospitalized . Asked for refund because could not attend event. They said no refunds no exception! What a poor way to run your business, money over everything!

The face value on the ticket they emailed me was $42 and they charged me $118. That’s price gouging – I’m not sure how it’s even legal. And, it took them three weeks to even email me a ticket. I thought I had gone to the venue’s website – huge mistake!

Absolutely disgusted. Event was $25 per ticket. Bought from etickets.com was charged $261 for 3 tickets. Emailed them with no answer on how a $186 difference isn't deceiving. Scammers.

Should be Zero stars! I bought tickets in January for an April event. Found out day of event that my tickets were not going to be delivered. I believe that when the event became more expensive, my seats were resold. I did get a refund, but I didn't want my money back. I wanted to see the show.

Don't buy tickets without checking competitors pricing first. Paid for tickets appearing to be a higher quality seating arrangement for $278 (2 tickets). When the tickets came in they were for general admission clearly showing $60 per ticket. Truly felt like a scam but it was my fault I should have checked competitor pricing first. Warning others don't get price gouged.

I purchased a ticket for an event and was told by the venue that the ticket was invalid and the seat was non-existent. I ended up having to purchase a second ticket to get in. The venue recommended I contact etickets to get reimbursed. Etickets refused to reimburse me (despite a 100% reimbursement policy). I will never use this company again.
