Misleading Ads -- The coverage is EXPENSIVE!!
My husband and I kept seeing ads for this company - $37/month for over $1M in coverage. It sounded like a good deal until we called. My healthy (perfect weight, no medical conditions, no medication, no family history of sudden death or any other red flags) 48 year old husband was quoted $250/month for $600K in coverage. LOL The man in the commercial looked to be about my husband's age, so I'm not sure what you need to do to qualify for $37/month for over $1M in coverage, but if you're in your 40s and are perfectly healthy, you probably won't qualify. Who the hell has $250/month for only $600K in coverage?
